Dr. Vsevolod (Sev) Perelman received his Doctorate in Medicine and a Master of Science in Cardiovascular Physiology, from the University of Toronto, He completed his residency in Family Medicine at U of T and  Emergency Medicine fellowship at the University of Western Ontario.

Sev is a Staff Emergency Physician at the Schwartz/Reisman Emergency Centre at Mount Sinai Hospital and is an Associate Professor at the Division of Emergency Medicine, Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto.

Simulation Technician

 My name is Fred Simakov and have recently started as a Simulation Technician with SimSinai. I have a background in IT networking and hold a diploma with Seneca College. I have previously worked with the medical training / simulation manikin manufacturer Laerdal for over 7 years and am looking to continue simulation support. I am a big sports fan, I route for any team in the city. I am an aviation enthusiast as well. I am excited to work with SimSinai to make sure the facility and events is run as smoothly and efficiently as possible!

Shunne Leung

Senior Manager

As the Senior Manager, Shunne oversees the accredited Centre; controlling and managing our program bookings, staffing profiles, IT support, business development and non-hospital finances. Mr. Leung began his work at the University of Toronto Surgical Skills Centre 20 years ago as the Assistant Manager. In 2013, his performance and dedication enabled him to assume greater responsibilities and was promoted to the position of Manager of the Skills Centre. Shunne holds a Hon. B.Sc. degree in Pharmacology and a Certificate in Business from the University of Toronto.

Lisa Satterthwaite RPN/OR

Senior Consultant

Ms. Satterthwaite holds an RPN diploma from Scarborough General Hospital and an honours diploma in Operating Room Techniques from Humber College. Lisa offers consults for the development of medical education programs.
